Hyderabad: The Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee of Sadar Majlis-e-Ulama-e-Deccan, also referred to as the Moon Sighting Committee in Hyderabad, has introduced the primary day of Ramzan 2026 in India.
Because the crescent moon has been sighted at present, the holy month will start on Thursday, February 19.

Because the Ramzan moon is sighted and the holy month is about to begin on Thursday, enterprise institutions and eating places in Hyderabad and different cities in India have sped up their preparations for the holy month.

In Bangladesh, Singapore, and Australia, the holy month will start on Thursday, February 19.
